We have a request that I'm not sure how to accommodate. The structure is a concrete shell, three floors 15,000 sq ft. We know there will be an elevator, and two 5 ton AC units. Beyond that, the owner does not know how the space will be used and therefore has no electrical plans. He is looking for a "ballpark" number. I realize that this a bit ridiculous in the sense that it could be all over the map, but I'm wondering if there is an average price per sq ft I could provide as a number to get them started. Even if it was based upon a particular occupancy. For example, I believe they would prefer the bottom floor to be retail and the top two floors to be office. I could start with that assumption. The GC is one we have done lots of work for so I don't see this as a waste of time.
