BAR COUNTER OUTLETS DISTANCE

Hello everybody, I have two receptacle outlets on the wall on the BAR counter which has a sink , my question is whether these outlets can be measured as a KITCHEN counter or wall space outlets distance.

The outlets can be installed the same as in a kitchen & IMO they can be installed as normal wall space.

Your spacing doesn't determine whether it's a kitchen or not... if it's a kitchen by definition, then that determines your spacing.
