Hello..
The connection to the ground and bonding is always a complicated issue ... I have studied a lot in this, but I have a practical doubt.
As we know, the neutral conductor is connected to earth both in the central tap of the service transformer and in the first disconnection means; and the neutral conductor can be naked.
My question is: Why can the neutral driver be naked in this case? ... What happens if someone touches the bare neutral conductor, for example with a ladder? ... It could be dangerous? ...thanks and regards
