I made some watermelon wine last year, and it would wire you up by itself .

Not sure about wine but when the beer we made as adolescents blew up and stuck glass shards into the sides of Mom's cabinets, I would suggest sch40 at least.
sounds like you put too much sugar after you bottled the beer to create the carbonation:grin: in barns i wire i like to use emt. we use raintight fittings, weatherproof covers and vaporproof light fixtures

I will be using mc.

You may want to look at 330.10 A 11 a,b and c. If this is going to be a winery it may be considered a wet location due to washing of equipment. I would go with pvc.

We have a excemption for 40 acres or more, agriculture use, no inspections

But I use MC cable because of rats

I always thought that was a good idea until it was pointed out at a recent seminar I attended that standard MC was not acceptable in a 547 situation. "jacketd" mc is required.
I checked and they do make such a critter.

Never heard of that is it good?

It gets real good after the third or fourth drink but that first couple of drinks are pretty rough.

I does have a very distinct flavor (and smell).
