Baseboard heaters in commercial space

Greetings,

I am helping a church's business office to finish their basement. They are planning to use electric baseboard heaters. As this is considered a commercial space, the wires are to be ran in conduit. I am using 3/4" EMT for this, but how in the world do I go from in the wall into the heater with conduit? In a residential space, you can just run the wire straight through drywall into the heater. But having to use conduit presents some problems. I can't get a full 90 degree bend in a 3.5" space as the take up on 3/4" conduit is 6". The only two options for elbows that I am aware of is either a pull elbow (which would require an access panel) or a terminating elbow for a box (those aren't long enough to get through the drywall). Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Forum rules prohibit us from helping DIYs, home or church. Since this may be an assembly occupancy, certain wiring methods may be required. A licensed electrical contractor can pull the permit, do the work and make sure its safe.
