I have 1.25kw, 1.25kw, 1 kw, 1 kw baseboard electric radiation manufacturer Vulcan model SBF/SBT at 277V supplied from one branch circuit.

Looked at 424.3(A) NEC 2017 but still confused. It says individual branch circuits. Not sire if I have individual branch circuits or not. Total load is 4.25kw. Total FLA is 16.24A. Continuous load is 20.3A. Breaker size should be 25A but provided is 30A breaker.

Is 30A oversized based off of 424.3(A) NEC 2017 version?
