Basket tray for power wiring

I have a small datacenter and would like to distribute power via wire basket tray and type TC-ER cable. I went to create a spec for it and found that basket tray is in Div 27. Any reason I can't use it in Div 26 for power? Any help is much appreciated!

Section 392 and specifically 392.100 allows for basket tray to be used as it complies with the construction spec.

Thanks Ron. Yea it seems OK per Code but was wondering if there were other reasons it wasn't used much or doesn't show up in the div 26 masterspec.
