basket tray/rubber cord

Can I install rubber cord (SO, SJO, SJOW, etc.) in basket tray. Industrial application. Need to power (30) fork truck chargers with cable drops from the ceiling. Would like to come out of the panel with individual rubber cords to the ceiling, through cable tray and then drop out of the tray to the charger location. This eliminates (30) junction boxes. It's nice and clean.

But you could use it as a drop from the tray, with a an attachment plug on the end.
