Bath Circuit

I have a structure which has bath & bed and "general" area but no provisions for cooking which, to me, seems it would be classified as a "guest room".
(There are several of them on a property with separate kitchen). The bath general area receptacles are on the same circuit. From my read this is permissible.
Am I correct ?

Yes. If this is part of a dwelling unit, NEC2020 210.11(C)(3) would require this to be a 20-ampere circuit.
