bathroom circuits

I have bathroom circuits in which light is power from branch circuit A. The branch circuit A has all light load of the bathroom. I have branch circuit B which has load of bathroom receptacle as well as conference room receptacle. Would Branch circuit B have to have only bathroom receptacle load? Does branch circuit B violate any NEC 2014 Article?

It all depends on whether this is a dwelling unit. 210.11(C)(3) says the circuit that serves bathroom receptacles shall serve no other loads. But that would not apply if we are not talking about a dwelling unit. That said, I don't know of many dwelling units that have conference rooms.
