Bathroom floor heat

Looking for some help here. I am looking to do a floor heat Warm up DCM Pro in my kitchen. My electrician is completely knew to this as am I. Can you please explain to me how to run the conduit from the junction box down to the floor. I am using a double gang deep box, and have a conduit for both the thermostat sensor and for the coldtail. If I come straight down with the conduit how am I supposed to connect a 90 degree to the bottom of the conduit and pop out to the floor? It seems awfully tight and awkward.
