Don't have my book with me and I need to know if "by code" I have to install a receptacle on a bathroom wall
that is over 6 feet but will be nothing more than a wall. No sink, no mirror ,nothing. There will be a fan forced electric wall heater though.
Thanks!

Here is 210.52(D) from 2014 for you since you don't have a book handy.

(D) Bathrooms.
In dwelling units, at least one receptacle outlet shall be installed in bathrooms within 900 mm (3 ft) of the outside edge of each basin. The receptacle outlet shall be located on a wall or partition that is adjacent to the basin or basin countertop, located on the countertop, or installed on the side or face of the basin cabinet. In no case shall the receptacle be located more than 300 mm (12 in.) below the top of the basin. Receptacle outlet assemblies listed for the application shall be permitted to be installed in the countertop.

Note that it doesn't require any other receptacles then those mentioned in there.

VA resi is not on the 14 NEC, but the 2012 IRC. Other apps are 2011 NEC. That notwithstanding, you do not need a second receptacle in a bathroom. Might be a good idea, something you can upsell, but not required.

Thanks, didn't really want to but I would have if required. Bathroom is a lot longer than it is deep.

I think he means there's a bathroom, that does have a sink (with requisite nearby receptacle), but the wall in question is >6' long and it does not have a sink.
And that the question is whether the wall with no sink requires a receptacle.
Am I correct OP?

On first read I misinterpreted the OP to mean it was a bathroom with no sink.

Looks clear to me.

Correct, It's a bathroom but wall in question is nothing but a wall. Opposite wall has the sink.
