Battery charger for forklift

Where in the nec does battery chargers fall under? I keep ending up in electic vehicle (625) and it says I have to use some special so cord that my supply house has never heard of. Can someonenplease point me in the right direction.

Only ones i ever done were fastened in place because of size and weight. Hard wire then in EMT or flex and your done
