Battery Chargers

I am designing a golf cart barn with around 80 chargers in it. I designed one about 8 years ago and seem to remember that you were allowed to take some diversity on the number of chargers. Of course, it's possible I was hallucinating also. I can't find anything in the code that addresses that but am I missing it somewhere?

I have done a lot of warehouse project with a lot of battery chargers for fork lifts. NEC doesn't give any demand factor for battery charger load calculation. One of our engineer has done some measurements and concluded demand factor of 0.46 is a safe number for battery charger load calculation. I don't know if the work situation of battery chargers in warehouse is the same as that on golf course.

I would ask the cart wrangler how many carts he has seen charging at once, on, say, 4th of July at dusk, as the drunken golfers stagger in off the links.
