I'm unable find a good source of "FLEX" battery cables and primary wire for use in Telecom room where all the equipment operates on -48VDC.

I see automotive battery wire, welding cables, locomotive cables, THHN, MTW, Marine cable and unlabeled. I know some types cannot be right. None of the wiring leaves the room. All the wiring is in open ladder racks.

Does anyone have the right answer and know where the wire can be purchased?:)

Thank you,
Sat1man

If it is an NEC application, you can use DLO (diesel locomotive cable) as long as it has a second listing as on of the cable types show in Table 310.13. The most common second listing is RHH or RHW. I was going to suggest that you could also use Type W power cable, but it appears that 400.8 would not permit it for your application.
You should be able to get DLO from Anixter, Huston Wire and Cable and other cable suppliers.
There is at least one cable manufacturer that has dual listed welding cable that would also be permitted to be used under the NEC rules.
