BB Troubles

You know, for a week or 10 days or so, I'm noticing topic lists drastically re-arranged when I return from a topic.
It'll look different for a couple of views, then go back to what I remembered as the order.
Just now it re-arranged, and I wanted to view topic "Safing off.."(in this Safety category) or something much like this, that had 4 replies. Click it twice, got "topic does not exist" twice.
Anybody else see this, is it me, is it broke?
I understand someone may post while I'm looking elsewhere, put when I look at times, not so, maybe 1 but not 15.

Every time anyone posts a new reply, that thread jumps to the top of the list. So anytime you select a new topic, for example ?safety,? the order of threads that you see at that moment is the order in which the most recent replies have been posted.

As to the thread ?safing off wires,? I moved it to the area called ?relocation forum.? That area is accessible only to moderators, and is used whenever one of us perceives a thread (or even a single reply within a thread) to have gone beyond the rules and limits of the forum. It enables us to review issues and discuss them amongst ourselves. In the thread you mentioned, the originator was not looking for advice or assistance with an electrical installation, but rather for information that would assist in a legal action. I considered that to have been an inappropriate use of this forum, and other moderators have agreed. I notified the original poster of this action.

Some users of sites with passwords have problems when they are using AOL browsers and/or do not have their cookie setting correct and/or their privacy settings too high.

Also, clean out your internet cache often.
