Bench Testing

I am trying to locate requirements set forth for >50v testing (low current 5Ma) exposed; ex. board testing, computer testing, etc. I realize that there are requirements from OSHA and NFPA to protect the worker but is there anything else? I would like to hear what others are doing including any training or work area design requirements.
