the techniques/methods to do so are somewhat well documented. see NFPA-780 as a reference. See Annex-C
i like isolation method. PVC can give ~55kV/mm dielectric ability. sched80 PVC can provide about 267kV dielectric. thus, having a big down connector that has very little ohms is key.

notice it says "use more ground rods", they must say that for a reason
