Beverage Bar Equipment - GFCI Protection Required?

For fixed equipment at a hotel beverage bar, does for instance, a direct connected blender station directly adjacent to the hand sink require GFCI protection (breaker)back in the panel?

No, only the countertop receptacles within 6' of the wet bar sink are required to be GFCI protected, however it would probably be a good idea.
