Bidding Lead sites of choice

Hello all,
I did a quick search and did not find what I was looking for.
Just looking to get some feed back on lead sites you may use that are both easy to navigate and are consitent at provideing leads on upcoming projects.
Right now of the 3 I use im leaning towards Construction Journal. Both easy to navigate and seems to have leads that other sites may not.
 
up in verrmont, we have an organization/publication called 'works in progress" that publishes up coming projects that wil be out to bid, consultants working on jobs, what they are, wher they are, might be a new england thing
