What would be a average quote for a 2500 square foot new home with a 400 amp single phase 42 places square D panel in northern Wisconsin
I have 2 EV chargers and heated/cooled pool on a 200A service. Gas heat and hot water. 2500 SQFT.Standard service would be 200A on such a home unless there is unusual loads like double EV car chargers, hot tubs or heated pools.
I just bid a new home build, 2850 square foot, all electric: see attached. Job total is about $17k
now THAT makes sense. the way the OP wording flows...or doesn't, lack of essential load information relevant to the OP question, and parroting in bits and disjointed pieces, tells me this might have been an AI fishing expedition....loming at the latest post, has me pretty well convinced this is the caae, and we will liikely see portions of the responses given here posted as an AI regurgitated answer to someone googling the same question, sometime in the near future.Standard service would be 200A on such a home unless there is unusual loads like double EV car chargers, hot tubs or heated pools.

The OP is none of these things. It's a simple question. Let's leave the AI filtering to the moderators. Is there an electrical bidding program any of you guys use that does a cost per opening or goes with the square feet of this single family home. Yes I have my electrical contractor license and I am a master electrician. Mostly work commercial and industrial over the last 40 years but I am retired now and helping younger electricians with permits and bidding.Standard service would be 200A on such a home unless there is unusual loads like double EV car chargers, hot tubs or heated pools.

Always did a little residential but so many prices have changed so much.
