BIL Level of NGR for MV Generator

Dear Forum Members,

I have a 13.8kV MV Generators, What will be the required BIL level for neutral grounding resistor (BIL).

The Generators are connected to MV paralleling switch-gear, the BIL level of paralleling switch-gear is 95kV.

IMO, the Required BIL level shall also be 95kV.
