Well wifey tested it out last night and the oven works great. The vegan meatloaf she dreamed up was nasty but she was happy with the oven so all is good....

Now put an oven thermometer in the oven to check the temperature. After almost a year of using mine I noticed that it was actually 24 Deg F lower than it was set at. There is a calibration procedure and I found that it was set at -24 from the factory. So I returned it to 00 and now it's spot on.
