I've had 2 brand new 3-20 Siemens BL's close only 2 poles in the last week.
The first happened on the initial start up of a walk in freezer. The second was today on the shut down/start up for final construction cleaning of a walk in cooler.
I can't tell you how many of these 3 pole breakers I install in a year and have never seen this problem.
Coulple more things before you ask, the breakers did not trip. The motor loads are 6A and 7A. The motors run fine are brand new and draw right at name plate. The breakers snap off and snap closed, nothing mushy.
