blinking Intermittently outside LED light

I installed these new lights couple years ago, and now one of them blinks a steady blink. Then it stops and it stays lit for a certain time. Then it starts blinking again on off. They have a photocell. They're not motion activated. Any ideas? Thank you for your help.

Cover or bypass the photocell and see what happens.
This is the most likely answer.

If that fixes it, look at nearby things which may be reflecting the light back to the photocell. If it doesn't fix it, consider replacing the bulb. I'd wager money the intermittent behavior worsens with heat. Or cold. You know, it could be either. Or both.
