On up of the dryer , the utilitie room lights . Dryer on own circuit, lights not sure. It have time today to check lights. We were upgrading the panel, so I'm sure panel is ok all neutrals tight. Going back tomorrow anything I should besides loose wires at fixture ?

Loose bulbs. A time or two the wire in the lights was broken and flicker.
