Block wall hazardous location

Class 1 Div 2 area. If I were to install pvc underground to the inside of a block wall is that considered to be in the hazardous area? This pvc run with terminate to a junction box that will house a 120v receptacle. This outlet will also be 2 ft AFF

If this is an industrial location, 501.10 (B) 7 says you can use Sched 80 PVC. However, if you require a boundary seal, you need to have RMC from the seal to the point the conduit leaves the Div 2 area (501.15 (B) 2). Without a little more detail on the application, can't say much more.

Sorry I was very vague. This is under section 511, this is a non ventilated area, so everything under 18" needs to be classified. This outlet that is located in the CMU was is at 2ft but sch 80 runs down to below slab
