I have these 3 receptacles in block wall. I know it looks like gyp or something else covering block but I've check partition schedules.

When installing conduits in block wall is it possible to run the conduits horizontal? Obviously would have to have brickey make some sort of hole in sides of block if that's even practical. Or would you just run vertical?

Yes you can run horizontally. The brickey can use bond beam or lintel style blocks. Bond beam have removable sections to go over the conduit. Didn't you ask this question recently?

You can run your EMT horizontally. You would want to have everything pre-cut to fit so you don't hold up the block masons too long. Don't cut your verticals longer than 40". If you have a lot of them on the job, you need to make friends with them. They can sure mess you up if they want to.
