Installed eight 6" Halo cans in a kitchen today. Thought it was funny that they put a label on a Blue wire that read "Black".

What's on the white wire?
infinity said:That label tells you to connect the blue wire to the black wire in the feed.

I figure they ran out of black wire at the Singapore sweat shop, and decided to use blue. After all, the electrons don't care what color the insulation is.tallguy said:You'd think it would be cheaper for the manufacturer to just use a black wire in the first place rather than putting the sticker on...
no not for quite a while. but i did tell a GREEN helper about the smoke and how it makes things work. i didnt think he could be more confused but i was wrong.Minuteman said:Matt, did you let the smoke out again?
