Boathouse Remote Lighting Control

Anyone know of any good equipment for remote control (keychain, etc.) of slip lighting? Everything I find along these lines is not covered by warranty if used anywhere but in residential construction.

I'd go with some simple X-10 stuff, and not sweat the warranty issue. I can be more specific if you can with what you want controlled.
