Boiler circuit

I wanted to confirm on circuit size for a NG boiler unit. The FLA's are 10.5A. I am assuming 125% continuous load which would put my OCPD at 15A. Is this correct?

Is there a motor load? What hp and voltage?

See the attachment. I don't see any MCA or motor load. Voltage is 208V, 3 pole.

Either a 15 or a 20 amp circuit will work. Your current for 3Ø, 208 volts should be about 11.6 amps*125%= 14.5 amps.
