Bonair UL-Not

I recently asked someone on this site about Bonair mini split air conditioner units, and he replied that they install power to them on a regular basis. Strangely enough, I can’t find the thread, or message?! Initially I asked a question here, because I didn’t see a code complaint way of installing power to these things. Well, I later decided to initiate an investigation of Bonair, and it turns out they are not UL listed, yet they where using a fake UL stamp. Customer bought three online

You might look closer and notice that some of them have an ETL sticker. Same diff. There are also certainly Bonaire units with a legitimate UL sticker.

Here is the message I received directly from UL:
Dear Mr.********
Thank you very much for providing the photo of the UL trademark as it appears on the box in which the air conditioner was sold.
Whenever the registered UL trademark is shown on a box in this manner it is then mandatory that the product inside the box be properly marked with the complete 4 element listing mark. I have provided a copy in the attachment provided showing how the correct UL marking would appear. Since this air conditioner only showed the letters U and L side by side this is not considered proper and therefore this product would not be considered to be covered (LISTED) under ULs Listing service.
