I have a 2500 amp service feeding a main lug only distribution panel .The DP panel is feeding a 200 amp main lug only panel. From the DP panel to the 200 amp panel I am using 4/0 alum. MC .
The 200 amp panel has concetric knock out.
Am I required to use bond bushings at one end ,both ends ,or neither?I am studying 250.? but,I'M chasing my tail!

I'd say neither, since you're not attempting to use the metal sheath as the EGC.

You're not, right? ;)

At least one end of the MC armor must be bonded some how.

If this feeder is over 250 volts to ground the rules of 250.97 kick in

The fact that one end of the MC enters a 'normal' KO will take care of bonding the armor.

The requirments in 250.97 do not hinge on the armor being used as an EGC. 250.97 applies EGC or not.

I agree with Bob, the outer jacket of the cable needs to be bonded since it's metallic. What is the voltage of this feeder?
