Bond Bushings

Do you need bond bushing using Carflex (Non-Metallic) on the primary or secondary side of a transformer ?

Although many guys use them bonding bushing are rarely required on the primary and secondary of transformers. They are definitily not required on a non-metallic raceway because they would serve no purpose.
