I am piping 3 block building public rest rooms in ca. they have a 3" copper water feeding each and a 100amp sub pnl in each in the mechanical/wet wall plumbing area (not accessible to the public) the single line did not call to bond the c.w. conduit. i wrote an r.f.i thinking i would get the obvious answer, to bond cw but the eng. came back and said no need to bond but i could if i prefer to. is he an idiot or am I ??????????

250.104's concerns aside, 250.50 would require a GEC for each structure.

I agree. If there is an electrode present at any building then it must be used. Art. 250.50 as well as 250.32
