Bonding aluminum ground conductor in metal clad health care facilty cable

I'm terminating MC HCF cable in a raceway that isn't permitted to be used as a grounding conductor. All the devices are bonded to a ground screw with a copper conductor and ring terminal listed for CU only. Same for the insulated ground conductor in the MC HCF cable.

What is the permitted method of bonding the aluminum ground conductor in the cable?

Can't find a ring terminal listed for AL. They do have a one-hole aluminum lug I can use. Is that permitted to be used on the ground stud with the ring terminal listed for CU only?

Is there a better way?

You are supposed to cut the bare AL bond wire flush with the armor. You are not supposed to connect it to anything.

I agree with Curt, that bare conductor is only there to be have intimate contact with the armor which makes it an EGC. Just like with AC cable I always just cut it off.
