Bonding Aluminum roof to PV solar array

My concern is how to properly bond the PV solar arrays to an aluminum roof without creating a galvanic action problem. The code seems rather vague about this.
 
When I think of PV panels, mounted on a frame, that, in turn is attached to the roof, I imagine that the frame is metal, and that bolts attach the frame to the roof.

Your question assumes that there is no mechanical metal to metal contact of the frame to the roof.

An Al/Cu lug keeps contact of the dissimilar metals from occurring. Use an aluminum bolt to attach the lug to the aluminum roof.
