I’m working in a Class 2 Div 2 area and running RMC to end devices. Motor, switches, etc. I’m am using LFNC and installing an internal EGC to all devices. I have fittings and sealtite listed for Class 2 Div 1&2 area. Question: Does the code require me to have an external bonding jumper around the nonmetallic flex?

No.
Are you using LFNC to employ flexible connections or just to make it easier?

We are using LFNC for flexibility. I have an inspector that keeps referring to how the grounding and bonding requirements in NEC Article 502.30 (B) are to be met. Which talks about LFMC and not LFNC and Equipment Grounding Conductor.

It just says included so you have met his request even though you're not using LFMC.
The only other thing he may be thinking of is bonding bushings.
