I have service coming to the CT cabinet 277/480. I guess my only question is, do I need grounding bushing for the conduit anyware? It goes from CT to an outdoor MDP. Between the CT and MDP is ridged with lock nuts on both sides.

You'll need to bond the RMC with something other than the standard locknuts. If there are no concentric or eccentric KOs then a single bondging locknut is all that's required.
