Is it allowed to use bonding bridge for new service bonding? One of my guys is trying to install a disco for a new solar system and says yes. Code reference?

250.94 is titled "Bonding for Communications System". It is not permitted to be used to bond electrical systems.

No you'll have to tie in at any of the allowed locations, such as within 6' of water main, inside main panel, or via an irreversible connection to any point on GEC
