ARE BONDING BUSHINGS REQUIRED WHEN RIDGED STEEL CONDUIT LEAVES A METER ENCLOSURE WITH CONCENTRIC KO'S, THEN CHANGES TO PVC UNDERGROUND AT THE 90 TO FEED A 240/120 VOLT PANEL. I KNOW THEY ARE REQUIRED AT THE LINE SIDE OF A SERVICE, AND FOR CONCENTRICS WITH VOLTAGE OVER 250V TO GROUND. LATELY INSPECTORS HAVE BEEN ASKING FOR THEM.

PLEASE TURN OFF THE CAPS. IT SOUNDS LIKE YOU ARE SHOUTING AT US.

Yes, the bonding bushing is required for metal raceways on the line side of the service disconnect.

Re: BONDING BUSHING QUESTION.

For metal raceways with circuit conductors over 250 V to ground, take a look at NEC Section 250.97
Service entrance racway bonding is covered in 250.92 and is not required on the load side of the service.
