Yeah, I didn't think that one through. I've never used a bonding bushing as I've always used pvc nipples and was just curious.Why would you have a equipment grounding conductor in the conduit. If you are going from the meter base to a panel or ATS then no equipment grounding conductor is required. You need to bond one end, I believe, and it doesn't matter which end.
