Would this require a bonding bushing if used on a 120/240 system to connect a meter base to a disconnect or ATS? Screenshot_20220917-112327_Chrome.jpg

Yes, metal pipe needs to be bonded when used for service entrance conductors
Would one be required on both ends with a ground wire inside of this fitting or just on the end that connects to the ATS or disconnect? I always use the pvc offsets.

Why would you have a equipment grounding conductor in the conduit. If you are going from the meter base to a panel or ATS then no equipment grounding conductor is required. You need to bond one end, I believe, and it doesn't matter which end.

Yeah, I didn't think that one through. I've never used a bonding bushing as I've always used pvc nipples and was just curious.
