I am changing out a 150amp service that has 2/0 Aluminum conductors. There is a rigid nipple coming from the meter that I have to put a bonding bushing on. My question is what size wire do I need to use to bond that to my ground bar? Do I use 250.122 or 250.102(C)(1)?

Load side vs line side can be confusing. Load side means after the breaker?
That's correct if the breaker is the service disconnect. Ahead of the service disconnect there are no EGC's because all metal components are bonded to the neutral. If you look at T250.122 you'll see that the EGC is determined by the size of the OCPD ahead of it. Upstream of the service disconnect there is no OCPD so that table wouldn't work.
