Whats Up

If you have a 3000 amp service @ 208/120 underground in PVC going to a main buss with a 400 amp main breakers feeding a main lug panel with 500mcm in EMT do you need bonding bushings on the feed side coming off of the 400 amp breaker.

208 volt Feeders don't require bonding bushings unless they are in a hazardous location.

I might add, your EMT needs to be bonded by some means.
In the event the EMT is not in contact with the bonded encosure (such as stubbed up through an open bottom swithboard), you might need bonding bushings depending on some other varibles (such as termination on the load end, etc)
