Hi guys

I was trying to figure out an appropriate way to bond the cold water supply if the house in on a well and uses a ground rod.

The well supply pipe enters the house from a non-conductive flexible pipe then attaches to copper pipe throughout the house. For what it's worth I'm pretty sure the well pump does not have a ground wire ran to it either.

Should the cold water be bonded to the ground rod, and where from on the pipeline? Closest to where the water enters the house?
