Bonding Conductor Size

Should use 250.122 to size the bonding conductors for removable panels on my equipment? I know the equipment grounding conductor is sized to this, but should removable panels bonding conductors also be sized the same as the equipment grounding conductor?

What are you bonding the removable doors to? Do they need bonding?
