I have 20 plus buildings in Iraq fed from a primary transformer and switchgear. I am feeding direct buried cable to sub distribution boards and cincluding a ground derived from article 250.The main service transformer secondary will be bonded in the MDP(250-66 or 250-36(b) and from there we will have separate ground and neutral conductors. For each building I will have a driven rod tied to the ground buss in the sub-panel as well as the steel water lines bonded back to the panel ground buss/250-66..The neutral will only be bonded at the MDP,all sized per art 250,where 250-24(b) refers to Service equipment such as multi metering at strip centers, etc?? Thanks

Mike,
Yes, 250.24(B) is for the service equipment. The bonding is required in the enclosure that contains the service disconnect. It appears to me that your buildings are served by feeders and this section does not apply to your installation. Your installation is covered by 250.32(B)(1).
