I have 1900 box’s in the block that have pvc 90s coming thru the back of the 1900 inside and up against the block in the furred out wall. They are for wallpack lighting on the outside. They need to be connected and I cannot run PVC inside the building so if I change over to EMT then the conduit won’t be bonded being that it’s between PVC on each end. I also cannot run MC in the building either. Anyone ever come across this and what did you do? Do I have to pipe clamp the EMT and run to building steel or what?

Can you put a bond bushing on one end of the EMT, connect to EGC? If the EMT is between runs of PVC, then a 4 square box and tie to the EGC.

Worked for me. Had to run four separate 3/4 EMT conduits from a stud bay through poured concrete up to 4 square boxes mounted on a solid interior column in a workshop. 4 dead end emt runs with grounding bushings tied to additional EGC from boxes. and rough passed no problem. Easy fix.
