Bonding/Grounding Hardware - Listed or Not?

If two metal frames are bonded through the use of copper wire using listed crimp ring connectors places on welded studs (one welded to each frame), would the studs, washers (flat and lock) and nuts need to be listed or approved? The ground path is from each frame through the stud, nut, washers onto the top of the ring connector. The bottom of the ring connector is not the conductive path. Thanks!

Thanks! I imagine that leaves (7) of the NEC which is "Connections that are part of a listed assembly" because I do not see what other sections of 250.8 apply?
