I have 2 questions regarding a residential 7 meter loop service. The service equipment is a manufactured 7 space meter socket with a 600amp main disconnect located on the outside of the building. There are no existing grounding electrodes,so 2 properly installed ground rods are serving as the ges.The gec conductor is properly connected to the neutral at the service disconnect. There are 7 100amp interior mlo panel properly installed located in a common basement supplied from 4 wire feeders.
The installer bonded the interior water piping from the 100amp house meter using a #4 conductor, and also installed a jumper between each panel connected to the grounding terminal.
IMO the water pipe bonding conductor should go back to the service disconnect and sized in accordance to 250.66 and the jumper between the interior panels is not required.Especially since the gec is not present.
